RN Surgical Trauma ICU

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Surgical Trauma ICU, collaborating with medical providers to perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered. Manage evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to meet quality measures and enhance clinical outcomes. Teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and self-management. ICU experience required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support certifications needed. Registered Nurse Diploma or APRN credential required.
