RN Surgical Svcs - OR at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Winter Haven, FL. Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the operating room, including preoperative assessment, patient preparation (IV therapy and preoperative medications), and perioperative education for patients and families. Participates in surgical site verification, time-out, and universal protocols; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support surgical workflow and patient safety; monitors and documents patient condition throughout the shift; on-call is required during select non-business hours. Requires RN license and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date; no travel and no prior experience required. Strong critical-thinking, leadership, and communication skills essential for delivering safe nursing care and continuous improvement in a fast-paced surgical setting.
