RN Surgical Stepdown Unit

The Progressive Care RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on pre-operative and post-operative nursing. The role involves assessing patient condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes, performing procedures as ordered by the medical provider, documenting care in the patient’s medical record, administering medications and monitoring responses, and maintaining knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. This position is based in Hardeeville, SC, and requires an Associate Degree with active RN licensure; ACLS and BCLS certifications to be obtained within 90 days of start date. The RN will collaborate with medical teams to advocate for patients and support optimal outcomes.
