Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care units for moderate to high acuity surgical and medical patients. Utilize the nursing process, prioritize evidence-based practice, and model proficiency by precepting new staff. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team. This onsite night shift role is part of a new 18-bed addition at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. Candidates must have RN licensure, at least six months of experience, and a valid BLS or CPR card. The position offers a three-year incentive bonus and a comprehensive total rewards package including tuition benefits and PSLF eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
- Night shifts available
