RN, Surgical Short Stay (Per Diem, Day Shift)

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards, supervising assigned nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessment findings to determine diagnoses, and develops intervention plans to attain desired outcomes. Implements care plans, delegates duties to team members, and participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe environment while providing learning opportunities and direct health information. Requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and a BSN preferred. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tulare.
