Job Summary
Provide patient care in the operating room for outpatient surgery specialties including orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, neurosurgery, and general surgery. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient confidentiality. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients within a center featuring 10 operating rooms, 23-hour observation, and PACU support. Requires one year of RN OR experience, current state license, and BLS certification. No weekends, holidays, or on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of RN Operating Room experience
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse - Operating Room, PT DAYS
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No on-call requirements
