Job Summary
Conduct surgical patient care in the outpatient operating room for orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, neurosurgery, and general surgery procedures. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient confidentiality. Provide pre- and post-operative support within the integrated surgical environment, including the PACU and 23-hour observation unit. Requires one year of OR experience, current RN license, and BLS certification. No weekends, holidays, or on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of RN Operating Room experience
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse - Operating Room, PT DAYS
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No on-call requirements
