Job Summary
Provide patient care using the nursing process for assigned patients in the outpatient surgery center, coordinating care across departments while maintaining confidentiality. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and ensure duties align with Mercy Service Standards. Work Monday through Thursday on 12-hour shifts within a facility featuring 10 operating rooms, PACU, and a 23-hour observation unit. No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of RN Pre/Post, PACU, or critical care
- BSN
