Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in the surgical outpatient extended care setting, maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care with other departments while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld consistently with Mercy Service Standards. Work Monday through Thursday on 12-hour shifts. No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
