Job Summary
Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care on a mixed unit of General Surgical, Oncology/Chemo, and Hospice. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Maintain current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure and hold Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification. This Full Time role includes 36 hours a week, scheduled from 7pm-7am with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification within four years of start date into position
- Full Time: 36hrs a week
- Hours: 7pm-7am with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Nursing
- 1 year of inpatient nursing experience is highly preferred
