RN - Surgical/Oncology Unit - Nights

Staff Nurse on a mixed unit (General Surgical, Oncology/Chemo, and Hospice) working nights (7pm–7am) on a 36-hour weekly schedule with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. You will deliver safe, compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care, collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Required education/licensure includes an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher (with ADN holders expected to obtain a BSN within five years if applicable), Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within four years of start date. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 1 year of inpatient nursing experience.
