RN- Surgical Nephrology - Nights

Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, and implement patient care plans for surgical nephrology patients while monitoring and communicating their conditions. Advocate for ethical, holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote patient autonomy and dignity. Facilitate learning environments for patients, families, and the nursing team, including students. Align practice with safety and quality by identifying problems, integrating evidence-based care, and ensuring environmental safety. Engage in ongoing professional development within the legal parameters of the Nurse Practice Act and specialty standards. Lead and coordinate inter-professional teams, appropriately delegating tasks and collaborating as an equal member of the care team. Full-time 36-hour week with 12-hour night shifts. Requires Washington RN license, BLS certification, and one year of nursing experience. National certification preferred.
