RN Surgical ICU

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill trauma, surgical, medical, and neuro patients on ventilators. Titrate life-sustaining medications including cardiac and sedation agents, and assist with bedside tracheostomies, central line placements, and continuous renal replacement therapy. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-family centered care and develop teaching strategies for patient and family education.
