RN Surgical Cardiac 3 Part-Time

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions within the MedSurg service line. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers, and coordinate patient care with other departments. Adhere to patient rights and confidentiality standards while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with eligibility for a sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, and a clinical ladder.
