RN Surgical Cardiac 3

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the MedSurg service line, maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care across departments. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards. This role serves as a stepping stone into ICU and ED units, offering experience with patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions. A current RN license and BLS certification are required.
