RN Surgical Cardiac 3

Provide patient care using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of patient information are upheld. Maintain duties consistent with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards. This role is part of the MedSurg Service Line, offering experience with patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions. The position serves as a stepping stone into ICU and ED units. New grads and experienced RNs are eligible for a sign-on bonus paid over two years.
