Job Summary
RN Surgical 3B role providing patient care using the nursing process, coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and adhering to Mercy mission and service standards. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program and an active RN license; certifications such as BLS and other unit-specific certifications may be required. Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Licensure: current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Certifications: BLS (and eligible for ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS/C-EFM or other unit-specific certs) or as required by position/unit
