Job Summary
Perform case preparation and intra-operative case execution, including anticipating needs to enhance team efficiency and eliminate predictable delays. Execute skilled procedures, make critical assessments, and implement individualized care plans while documenting unit and patient records timely and accurately. Initiate investigations for missing equipment or supplies and follow through to ensure resolution. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced surgical environment. Requires Registered Nurse status in California, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing
- Two years recent experience in the acute care arena as operating room nurse with scrubbing, circulating skills and First Assist experience
