Job Summary
RN – Surgery / Surgical Services in Durham, NC. Provides professional nursing care within the Yale New Haven Health System framework, following ANA Scope and Standards of Practice. Delivers patient-centered care, coordinates with the healthcare team, leads and collaborates to achieve outcomes, conducts health teaching, and supports quality improvement. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, CT RN licensure, and current BCLS certification with BSN preferred; clinical specialty certification encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
- BSN preferred
- Current BCLS certification or ability to obtain within one month of hire
- Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged
