Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in a 47-bed hospital with three operating rooms and four cardiac catheterization labs. Supervises nursing staff, coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams, and employs independent judgment to analyze assessment data and develop intervention plans. Implements care strategies to promote a safe environment, participates in discharge planning, and delegates duties appropriately. Requires BSN, RN licensure, ACLS/ALS certification, and acute care experience. Full-time, days shift.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
