Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in a 47-bed facility with three operating rooms and four cardiac catheterization labs. Supervises nursing staff, coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams, and employs independent judgment to develop and implement care plans. Collects assessment data, analyzes diagnosis issues, and delegates duties to healthcare team members. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care while providing health information to patients and families. Requires BSN, RN licensure, ACLS/ALS certification, and acute care experience. Full-time day shift with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
