Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process to provide holistic, patient-centered services. Coordinate therapeutic interventions, medications, and equipment maintenance while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Advocate for patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and promote safety standards within a heavy physical work environment involving up to 100 lbs of force. Requires current AZ RN license, accredited nursing degree, and unit-specific certifications such as ACLS or PALS depending on department assignment.

- Knowledge of general office equipment (including the nurse call system, telephone system, fax machine, copy machine, computer, and commonly used hospital programs)
