RN-Surgery (H)

Perform scrub functions by selecting and handling instruments and supplies during procedures. Execute circulating duties including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition while managing overall care before, during, and after surgery. Directly assist the operating physician with surgical tasks such as hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning. Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use. Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to ensure care meets patient-specific clinical needs. Maintain constant alertness and safety while performing other assigned duties.
