Job Summary
Perioperative Services Staff RN in the Surgery department provides safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care in the operating room and Perioperative Services. The role may require other duties as assigned and may include House Float coverage when perioperative demand is low. Must hold active RN license in Ohio with ACLS and BLS; PACU requires Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Experience in ambulatory/PACU settings preferred. Shift is full-time, typically 8a–630p, with varied hours and potential for float as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Ohio
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support for PACU
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current nursing license in Ohio
- Ability to function as a House Float
- Ambulatory/PACU experience preferred
