Job Summary
Provide effective, comprehensive evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes by making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care activities, prioritize needs, and set measurable goals while serving as a patient advocate. Manage patient populations by adapting interventions to specific diagnoses and age groups, ensuring compliance with current practice standards, guidelines, and protocols. Requires a current, active CA RN license with a minimum of 6 months acute care experience, AHA BLS/ACLS certification, and a BSN upon hire. This role is represented by CNA under the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
