Provides patient-centered perioperative and postoperative nursing care across OR and PACU, coordinating with the surgical team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; administers prescribed medications, monitors patient status, maintains sterile environments, supports procedures, conducts thorough documentation, and educates patients and families while adhering to infection control and safety standards.
