RN - Support After Hours/Nights WEST

Job Summary
Conduct 2-4 patient admissions daily and perform necessary patient visits, providing direct nursing care and comprehensive assessments to identify needs. Record and report nursing assessments, plan and deliver appropriate nursing acts, and implement prescribed treatment and pharmaceutical regimens. Teach, assign, or supervise personnel in treatment regimens, collaborate with health care providers on patient-centered plans, and provide counseling on patient health. Maintain safe and effective nursing care standards while managing pain and symptoms, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations. Work Monday through Thursday from 2 PM to 12 AM, reporting to the Clinical Team Leader.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NC RN license
- Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance
- Two years of clinical experience preferred

- Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
