RN Supervisor Weekends only

Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to a team of nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care. Coordinate patient activities, manage staffing, and optimize workflows to maintain productivity. Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. Serve as a liaison between the team, patients, and families to facilitate seamless transitions. Foster an inclusive environment through active listening and open communication. Requires an Alabama RN license, 0-2 years of experience, and BLS certification. Part-time weekend schedule at Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.
