Job Summary
RN Supervisor is responsible for providing nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility. Requires a nursing degree and an active RN license in the state, plus demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities; prior LN/SRN supervisor experience in a long-term care community is preferred. Location: Alexander City, Alabama (Bill Nichols Veterans Home).
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or graduation from an approved RN program
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Leadership/supervisory ability
- Experience as RN Supervisor in a long-term care setting (preferred)
