Job Summary
The RN Supervisor is responsible for assessing resident’s needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants in a skilled nursing facility. Candidates must possess a current RN license and CPR certification, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow health and safety guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state
- Must possess a current CPR certification
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions
- Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff
- Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace
