Job Summary
RN Supervisor for Solid Organ Transplant PCU leading nursing care coordination on nights (7P-7A). Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, quality of patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, staff scheduling and development, and adherence to policies to support patient-centered outcomes. Requires BSN, RN license, ACLS/BLS within 30 days, and 1+ year of acute care RN experience; prior Charge RN experience preferred. The role offers full-time night shift in Irving, TX, with potential sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- BSN required
- Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience
- Charge RN experience
- ACLS within 30 days of employment start date
- BLS within 30 days of employment start date
