Job Summary
RN Supervisor for Solid Organ Transplant PCU at Medical City Dallas. Lead and coordinate nursing care on the unit during night shifts (7P-7A) with emphasis on patient-centered care, staff supervision, and collaboration with management to improve outcomes. Responsibilities include admissions/discharges coordination, quality assessments of patient care, staff interviewing and training, scheduling and labor management, inventory control, and implementing nursing strategies to enhance patient experience and performance. Requires BSN, RN licensure, ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start, and prior Charge RN and acute care RN experience.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- BSN required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Charge RN experience
- Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience
