Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor for Solid Organ Transplant PCU (RN Supervisor) oversees night-shift nursing care on the Solid Organ Transplant PCU, directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with the management team. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions and discharges, ensuring efficient throughput, coordinating with subject matter experts to foster teamwork, supporting a patient-first philosophy and service recovery, implementing nursing strategies to improve engagement, participating in staff interviewing and training, supervising staff scheduling, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring policy compliance and performance evaluations. Required qualifications include RN (BSN strongly preferred), ACLS and BCLS within 30 days of start, minimum 1 year acute care RN experience, and Charge RN experience; advancement opportunities span bedside, leadership, or clinical operations roles.
