Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality care by completing assessments, initiating and revising plans of care, delivering preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate clinical notes. A current RN license and comprehensive nursing knowledge are required, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in skilled nursing facilities and behavioral care is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
