Job Summary
Direct and manage nursing, phlebotomist, and medical assistant staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and weekly scheduling. Promote comprehensive nursing care through triage, health education, and clinical assessments while collaborating with the Associate Medical Director and clinic administrators. Monitor team productivity, ensure adherence to SCHC principles and regulatory requirements, and facilitate quality assurance initiatives for FQHC, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance. Serve as a resource for complex cases, lead clinical protocol development, and participate in Quality Improvement and Infection Control committees. Maintain accurate documentation, conduct annual employee evaluations, and foster a supportive environment through mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- BLS certification within three months of hire
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25–50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs or emergencies
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
- Must be able to travel to various center locations as required
