RN Supervisor

Inform the Director on physician visit delays and consult residents, families, and physicians to plan care via telecon or videoconference. Notify attending physicians and next-of-kin of condition changes. Visit residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status, review nursing notes for accuracy and alignment with resident wishes, and ensure care is delivered by qualified staff. Start IVs, obtain specimens, take vital signs, admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed. Requires current California RN license and RN Supervisor experience in a skilled nursing facility, with sub-acute experience preferred.
