RN Supervisor

Inform the Director regarding untimely physician visits and consult with residents, families, and physicians to plan care via telecon or videoconference. Notify attending physicians and next-of-kin of condition changes and visit residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status. Ensure licensed staff provide direct care, review nursing notes for accuracy and alignment with resident wishes, and start IVs or obtain specimens as ordered. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as necessary while taking vital signs. Requires current California RN license, RN Supervisor experience in a skilled nursing facility, and sub-acute experience preferred.
