RN Supervisor

Inform the Director of unfulfilled physician visits, consult with residents, families, and physicians to plan care via teleconference, and notify attending physicians or next-of-kin of condition changes. Conduct daily resident visits to evaluate physical and emotional status, ensure licensed staff provide direct care, and review nursing notes for accuracy and alignment with resident wishes. Start IVs, obtain specimens, take vital signs, and manage admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Requires current California RN license and RN Supervisor experience in a skilled nursing facility, with sub-acute experience preferred.
