Job Summary
RN Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility: assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure high-quality, compliant care. Requires active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and basic computer/EHR skills. Full-time, 7:00a–7:00p, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Wage $44.00 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid in installments after 90 days). Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
- Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
