Job Summary
Direct and evaluate all resident care provided by nurses within the Ingleside community. Administer disciplinary action and manage nursing care reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing with three to five years of supervisory experience and Registered Nurse certification. The position operates on PT shifts from 11pm to 7:30am every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- three (3) to five (5) years nursing supervisory experience
- Registered Nurse certification
- ability to apply knowledge and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
- high-quality verbal and written communication ability
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- knowledge on general nursing principles
- proficiency in the operation of computer applications
- proficiency in the operation of Care System paging systems
- PT Shifts Available: 11pm-7:30am, every other weekend
