Job Summary
RN Supervisor — PRN weekend role overseeing licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, assigning work, coordinating care planning/MDS, admissions/discharges, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include documenting and billing supplies, communicating with physicians and families, coordinating transportation for appointments, supervising staff, developing assignments, conducting rounds, reporting issues, and contributing to education, infection control, and quality assurance programs. Must hold an RN license in Georgia and a nursing degree from an accredited program. Strong organizational and communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or is a graduate of an approved RN program
- Active RN License to practice in the State of Georgia
