RN Supervisor

Supervise activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to ensure high standards of care. Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture while ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained. Ensure adequate staffing for residents' needs in post-hospital rehabilitation, wound care, and the Evergreen Unit for dementia and Alzheimer's support. Manage unit operations and maintain attention to detail for unparalleled resident care. Requires unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and two years of RN experience.
