Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee individualized client care plans while providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff. Deliver education, training, and mentorship to caregivers, supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination. Promote quality outcomes and regulatory compliance by partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care in the home health setting. Encourage caregiver success and professional development within a supportive, family-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of nursing experience
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Home health or home care experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
