Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in Pediatric Emergency Dept leads high-quality, patient-centered nursing care and coordinates unit functions. Partners with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver care; assists with admissions and discharges; provides coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance; and assists with staff scheduling. Requires BSN and at least 1 year of Pediatric ER RN experience including leadership/charge responsibilities, plus ACLS, BLS, ENPC, PALS, and Trauma Nursing Core Course within specified timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- Minimum 1 year Pediatric Emergency Registered Nurse experience to include Charge/Leadership RN experience
