Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Supervisor – Pediatric Emergency Department: coordinates high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team, assists with admissions and discharges, supports improved outcomes and service, provides coaching and training to staff, and assists with staff scheduling. Requires BSN and pediatric ED leadership experience, plus ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC/EMCPC as specified. On-site full-time night shift (7P-7A) at Medical City Dallas with potential sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- BSN required
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- ACLS
- BLS/BCLS
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year Pediatric Emergency RN experience including Charge/Leadership RN experience
