Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift at the Montgomery County Jail, providing clinical leadership and supporting the team to ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional environment. Make confident clinical decisions, solve problems, and lead the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a Monday–Friday schedule. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives when others rely on you and enjoys leading others in a setting where expertise is highly valued.
