Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift at Montgomery County Jail, providing clinical leadership and supporting the team to ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional environment. Make confident clinical decisions, solve problems, and lead the night staff from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This role is designed for experienced RNs who thrive when others rely on them and enjoy solving complex challenges in a high-trust setting.
