Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations and provide clinical leadership for the overnight shift at Montgomery County Jail. Direct team members while solving problems and making confident clinical decisions to ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional healthcare environment. Manage staffing and support staff during the Monday–Friday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM rotation.
