RN- Supervisor - Ortho- FT, Days WEO

Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating operations and patient care for the designated orthopedic area. Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients while functioning as a staff nurse when needed. Assume delegated managerial duties and perform responsibilities consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work full-time days, 36 hours weekly from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A current RN license and two to three years of patient care experience are required, with a Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
