RN- Supervisor - Ortho- FT, Days WEO

Plan, coordinate, and evaluate operations and patient care for designated orthopedic areas. Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients while functioning as a staff nurse when needed. Assume delegated managerial duties and ensure all actions align with Mercy Service Standards. Work full-time, 36 hours per week, rotating 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Requires a current RN license and two to three years of patient care experience, with a Bachelor's degree and CRRN certification strongly preferred.
